Why FCCI?
- Because leading a company and conducting your personal life according to Biblical principles is challenging as a Christian business leader. Servant leadership isn't easy.
- Because we were never meant to follow Jesus in just "certain areas" of our lives. Instead, we are to pick up our cross daily and follow Him.
- Because there was never meant to be a division between "personal faith" and "business" for the Christian business leader.
- Because God owns it all, and as a Christian business leader, He calls us to steward His company. Our natural tendency is to look at the company we lead as "ours", or as belonging to "the shareholders."
- Because you aren't meant to go it alone. It takes encouragement and equipping to lead God's way.
Fellowship of Companies for Christ International (FCCI) is a global movement of servant leaders who help each other lead companies for Christ.
Our mission is to help Christian business leaders transform the world through Jesus Christ.
A Global Movement
- FCCI has related contacts in 20 time zones around the world
- FCCI's groups meet in dozens of cities across the United States, with more markets coming on line every month
- FCCI Latin America coordinates the ministry in Mexico, Central America & South America
- 2022 saw the first ever FCCI group meet in the nation of Haiti
- Our International Conference hosted attendees from 13 different countries
- In partnership with International Leadership Institute, FCCI trains & equips Christian business leaders around the world, most recently in Ghana, West Africa and Luxor, Egypt

Of Servant Leaders
- FCCI is a 501c3 non-profit organization headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, USA
- FCCI's board members are volunteers who lead, or have led, companies for Christ
- FCCI's area leaders and group leaders are volunteers who minister as their way of practicing servant leadership
- Others have voluntarily contributed curriculum and content to serve Christian business leaders through FCCI's groups and the FCCI CONNECT app
- FCCI is member / donor supported
Who Help Each Other
- FCCI is largely a peer-to-peer ministry that focuses on leading businesses, and in that way complements the local church
- FCCI's groups (in-person and virtual) are where Christian business leaders help each other with specific challenges of leading businesses
- FCCI's local, regional and national events help Christian business leaders connect and begin relationships that are often used to further the Gospel in local communities
- FCCI's members pray together, for one another, and encourage and equip each other to lead and serve well
